Stained Glass Items
Should you experience any difficulties with your stained glass piece, we would be happy to repair, replace, or provide a full refund.
As each item is handcrafted and one of a kind, minor variations in design are part of the artistic process. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Stained Glass Items
It is our pleasure to ship items you have purchased directly to you. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Certain products, including heavier items such as woodburned pieces, may result in higher shipping costs.
For these items, we will obtain a shipping estimate after your purchase and contact you with the exact shipping cost before finalizing the transaction. The cost of shipping will then be collected separately.
