Welcome to Double Trouble Creations. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Product Information and Unique Designs

All of our products are one of a kind designs. While we understand that you, as a customer, may wish to have a certain design duplicated, we are happy to design and create an item that is similar overall. However, there will be variances in order to keep each design unique and one of a kind.

Due to the handcrafted nature of stained glass and woodburned items, slight differences in color, texture, glass patterns, and detailing are to be expected. These variations are not considered defects but rather part of the artistic process.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and details in photographs. However, due to lighting and screen settings, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online.

Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Custom or made to order items may require additional production time. Estimated completion timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Certain heavier items, including woodburned products, may incur higher shipping fees. In such cases, we will obtain a shipping estimate and collect the shipping cost separately after confirmation.

We take care to securely package all items. Once an item has been shipped, delivery timelines are dependent on the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Refunds and Repairs

If you experience any difficulties with your stained glass item, we are happy to repair, replace, or provide a full refund. Please contact us promptly to discuss the issue.

Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is processed, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content created by Double Trouble Creations remain the intellectual property of the business. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or replicated without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Double Trouble Creations is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper placement and care of stained glass and woodburned products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
